The "Waltz of Madness" began it's life as part of the wedding scene of a yet to be written opera. The drinks are spiked with a potion and guests waltz around madly before falling into a deep slumber. The "Waltz of Madness" was recorded by Orchestra Victoria in 1999 under the name "The Madness of Diarmaid ua Duibhne", the Hero of the yet to be written opera. The Clarinet version of "Waltz of Madness" was premiered by the Silverwood Clarinet Choir in 2013.
